Long time use of laptop and mobiles causes forward neck posture with rounded shoulders.... This gives stress on main neck muscle (ie Trapezius) and other smaller muscles of neck. Which causes spasm and pain.
Next Steps
consult with a qualified physiotherapist. he will assess u and give postural and ergonomic advice.
Health Tips
hot water fomentation for now will releave pain for sometime... sit straight with farm back support.. change your position every 20-30 min... dont bend your neck down or bend forward... visit physiotherapist and perform prescribed exercises after pain eleaves...
