Neck and Back Pain

I'm having neck and back since last 2 days. I thought it's due to my pillow so I use spray and hot water bag at first day but the condition is still same. Please assist regarding that.

you can visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and get assessed for the same. If any spinal issues it can be treated with electrotherapy in a week.
