Hello Doctor My son is 3.9 yrs old, weight 15 kgs My son is suffering from cold & cough & fever For cold, Pediatrician doctor given nebulizer medicine Can we keep nebulizer,while sleeping ? He is not keeping mask while awake... Thank you

There's no harm if the child receive the nebulizer while sleeping,make sure his head is positioned at the higher level with the pillow. If he refuses to wear mask ,you can  hold the mask near to his nose , while the nebulizer is on.

Nebulizers work best when breathing is through mouth, so make the child lean against you while sleeping and place the mask with mouth slightly open.
