Nauseous even one day after workout

My weight has increased a lot , so I went to play badminton yesterday morning , but since yesterday evening I have been feeling very nauseous and the nausea is not going away even today , I am also having muscle aches , they are manageable but the nausea isn't . Pls help

Exercise alone will not help with weight reduction. Hope you are eating the right foods at the right time - irregular mealtimes and inappropriate diet could cause nausea. Irregular bedtime and stress can increase it. Have the reasons for weight gain analyzed so that you can move forward? Muscle aches could be the result of exercising without warm up and insufficient fluid intake.

Warm up before exercise, Stay hydrated before, during and after, Cool down after exercise. Plan your diet and mealtimes. Manage your stress.

Nausia can be because of gastritis. Take a tab pantop D-sr for nausia.

There is no reason for badminton to cause nausea. You should have a proper consultation with a General Physician in your area.

What's ur current weight... If u r overweight then first you have to reduce ur weight to a reasonable limit then only go for exercise. I can suggest a nutritional club for weight reduction, if u r interested then let me know.
