Nausea and vomiting...

Hlo dr, I am facing nausea in empty stomach with bitter taste liquid and have after breakfast vomiting occurs which contains food but only in morning... And I have noticed if I sleep less or late my nausea and vomiting is more...for this I have done lft and endoscopy also it was normal...and dr says it's gastritis.. Can you say how to cure because when I take medicine it is cured again when I finish the course it starts again...plz give solution...plz dr

Yes it is gastritis. Kindly try to eat early till 8 pm. Do litte walk after that. Dnt drink water just after meal drink it after half and hour. Take antacid if required.

Avoid eating large heavy meals. Food with excess oil, fats and spices to be avoided. The bitter tasting liquid is bile so it could be indicative of issues with the gallbladder. Advised to get a sonography of the abdomen to rule out. Continue with the antacid for the time being.
