Nausea and trembling after eating

As soon as I finish eating after few mins i start feeling nauseous, body feeling trembling and chest feels tight like filled with gas, back and throat also feels tight all on left side and i feel really depressed about this and unable to concentrate on anything and i have to wait for 2-3 hours to settle down. What should I do, please help

Tab pan d40(1-0-1)7days before food. Syr sucralfate (4ml-4ml-4ml)before food 2 weeks. Syr ciplactin plus(4ml-4ml-4ml)2weeks Before food.
