I've been feeling bad for a couple of days now I've been feeling dizzy and nauseous with a slight headache I vomit last night and felt a little better but now I feel the same way

As per your history given, please measure your blood pressure & blood glucose first of all.  If everything is ok, i will advice you to go for MRI BRAIN WITHOUT CONTRAST, to Rule out any intracranial pathology. After your BP,BLOOD GLUCOSE,  & MRI reports with films, kindly come to practo chat for your treatment part and counseling which is very necessary. Regards. Bye.
