Nausea and dizziness

I am experiencing nausea at night and dizziness in the morning. I am a feeding mother and my child is 1 year and 5 months. She needs milk through out the night and she feeds on my milk through out the night. Is it because of that i am experiencing all these issues... morning when i wake up i am not getting balance... my periods are not late, it is supposed to start on 19th... along with these, i am having muscle cramps and lower back pain also... please help me with this issue...

Lack of sleep is the major reason Take nutrition rich in iron like greens / dates etc Avoid stress Train your child to eat whatever you eat and give mother feed if baby wants more

Because of lack of proper sleep..u r having such prblms..take proper nutritious diet..have enough water 5-6 litres per day..

Hello , Your symptoms indicate of BPPV ...which is mostly postural . please avoid bending too much . Your position while feeding is wrong for the neck . Do u u have any hx if cervical Spondylosis . Before I advise proper medications I need to have a quick audio call / chat to u sweat and and start your medications .
