I'm suffering from Nasal Septum deviation which makes breathing difficult and pain on face headache etc. Septum is inclined towards right nostril. Please suggest any treatment.

Sir, u need to get the septal surgery done and also address any sinusitis along with it which would give u a permanent solution.
