Nasal septum deviation

Hello doctor, I had underwent the required scan to know that i have deviated nasal septum and currently i am facing difficulty due to the blockage of nose from one nostril which is jamming the mucus and not letting me breathe freely . Please let me know some option by which i can breathe freely as it is really difficult to breate when one nostril is blocked. When i try to open the nostril with high pressure then my eyes get red and ear get numb. Kindly help and suggest me some medications..you fees will be paid there is no issue in that.
