Has a history of allergic rhinitis and has developed nasal polyps in left nasal passage. Need recommendations for treatment

Nasal polyps if very big and causing nasal obstruction needs to be treated. Initial course of medications followed by surgery is recommended. Even after surgery there are chances of recurrence and you need to be on regular medications and follow up
