In your experience how many times have you used Posterior Nasal Packaging following Sinus Surgery and is Sedation or General Anaesthesia used to apply it.

Why posterior nasal packing? Never after nasal or sinus surgery!

Yes we had to use it twice in cases following bleeding following FESS. The others are fresher with no experience so they have never done packing etc... You can also get an idea about the pathetic state of ENT education.
