Can nasal Hypertrophy cause internal pressure feeling on sinus and mouth area like having a weight on whole mouth while moving, lying..is it possible?

By nasal nasal hypertrophy do u mean nasal turbinate hypertrophy, i can causes nasal blockage, sinusitis and heaviness in the cheeks

Hypertrophy of turbinate reduces air entry to nose and also prevent secretion from nose to properly clear out. So the secretion accumulate and so such feeling is possible
