I had spine fusion surgery of L5-S1 in 2016. Now in recent MRI reports shows  Diffuse posterior annular disc bulge noted at L4- L5 indenting the thecal sac, narrowing the neural foramina and abutting bilateral exiting nerve roots. Diffuse posterior annular disc bulge noted at L5-S1 indenting the thecal sac, narrowing the neural foramina and compressing bilateral exiting nerve roots. Please advise how severe it is and is the treatment
