If it's a first episode of headache and nausea ,need to know the cause.As an immediate remidy you could give him paracetamol 650 mg and watch. If the headache continues take him to near by doctor.Naprsyn is not recommended.Since headache has many causes ,it's difficult to guess without examination

Give paracetamol 650. For nausea ind MD 4mg . Naprosyn is not recommended. Adequate hydration and rest

If patient is having headache and nausea no need of naprsyn Can take dolo twice daily And omez d tablet before meals
