I was cutting chocolate in the kitchen . Chocolate was hard so I push the knife into it but accidentally it pushed into my nail plate . After that that area become black and painful also . I got my tetanus injection on March . Please tell me what to do?

No need to get another tetanus shot as you have taken it recently .clean the area with spirit / antiseptic ( dettol ) and apply antibiotic cream on it . It will take some time to heal .
