Does wearing N95 mask for longer than 8 hours while on works will cause any oxygen reduction in body?. Will N95 decreases the oxygen capacity in body. I wear N95 mask for my safety, people be like the more you wear N95 the more risk of oxygen reduction is there. They say wear cloth mask and so that pure oxygen can be taken. But till now i have not faced any kind of Breathing issue in N95 mask. Please guide me. Whether wearing N95 mask is harmfull for the body, due to oxygen reduction?.
