Not exactly related Consult your dentist and go for extraction of wisdom tooth as if erupting in wrong direction can cause problems in neighbouring tooth For bruxism consult orthodontist or prosthodontist for the requirement of night guard

Usually the wisdom tooth erupts if there is enough space in the accommodating jaw , if it cannot Erupt it inclines in the possible angulations , it can partially erupt or be completely impacted , or even erupt at angulations , it’s advised to get it extracted ! It’s non contributory to bruxism ! For Bruxism you can wear a night guard which can be fabricated and it’s a habit breaking appliance which you need to wear for long hours till your muscles get used to it ! It might be inconvenient in the beginning but you will get used to it in due course of time ! If bruxism is getting your muscles tensed or in a spasm you might take analgesics muscle relaxant and anti anxiety medications recommended by the dentist !
