My thumb was red and pain swelling

Hello doctor last 3 week my thumb was red and pain swelling and my hands red circle itchy when I eat fruits or juice or anything and i don't know what to please suggest me any medicine tablet cure this and any suggestions how can i find food allergies because anything I eat i have problem so please help me with medicine name and lab test suggestion please suggest message help patient thanks

The first impression is that it is an infection of the nail bed which has spread to involve the thumb too. It is generally very painful but it seems with the passage of time it is getting burnt out. Please consult a General Surgeon in your area. You will need an antibiotic and a combination of paracetamol with Serratiopeptidase. That will make the swelling also less.
