Sir.. My son 3 1/2 year old getting itching in mouth. He puts his finger in mouth and start itching not continously, frequently and his palm and foot some time gets warm.i have given paracetamol syrup to him and temperature come down.but he he infection in his mouth. Sir pls suggest antibiotic /medicine to him. This time I can't take him into hospital...
