My son is 2 years old he has severe dry cough and slight cold with whizzing sound while breath.. Please suggest some medicines

Syp Extammune 5ml 8 hourly x 7 days ,,, Syp Levolin plus 2.5ml 8 hourly x 7 days ,, Tab Montair LC kid hs x 7 days Syp Hallezy 5ml 8 hourly x 7 days ,, Syp Claribid 3.5ml twice perday x 7 days,, Syp chericof 2.5ml 8 hourly x 2 days

If fever is also there then better to consult online otherwise give Ascoryl-Ls syp.2.5ml tds Nebulization with asthaline 1/2 respule plus 2ml NS every 12hrly

Give ascoril ls syrup 2.5 ml thrice a day for 3 days. Avoid cold water and ensure warm enviornment around the child.
