My 2 years old son got gross hydronephrosis, dtpa scan report srf is left 15 and right 85 . recently he went a laproscopy pyeloplasty surgery (15-5-26), and left pcn , After this surgery his renal function will be normal or not .gross hydronephrosis from 10 months (August 2025). And he is prenatally had left hydronephrosis,when he was  8 months old USG scan shows very mild hydronephrosis,so we didn't follow up. Please anyone can reply me

Based on the above information the right kidney is good and left kidney is affected,his over all kidney function will be normal Will the left kidney function pick up only time will tell
