Hello im feeling worried because after trauma 6 months back my right testicle became like Kaju Shape and Half moon shape and left testicle is normal in shape only right testicle changed it shape to Kaju and sometimes it becomes normal and sometimes some nerves or veins visible and when touching my right testicle feeling like testis is small and epididymis and sperm carrying tube swollen im tensed groin pain and burning after masturbation pain in lower right side after ejaculation fever and back pain hip pain thigh pain nerve irritation pain and dragging pain when sleeping without supporter pls help me is it cancer or variocele
