My right side testicles

Right side testicle have grown too big and left one is small . it is not paining yet but have swollen and taken huge shape and is very awkward that i comes out from my pants sometime when i wear jeans of any other outfit

It appears you have developed hydrocele in right testis which is collection of fluid in the sac surrounding the testis. Please consult a general surgeon who will examine and advise.
