Ur mouth opening is reducing due to effect of betelnut/supari in gutka . This condition is called oral submucous fibrosis. If this condition is left untreated then it leads to minimal/nil mouth opening . Consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon as early as possible . U may be needed to start on vitamin tablets and some other medications if it is early stage. If late stage then we need to plan more advanced treatment.
Next Steps
biopsy is required first for confirmation of oral submucous fibrosis.
