My mom suffering from Dry cough

My mom has been coughing for a month now, it's a dry cough. I gave her some allopathic syrups and antibiotics but it didn't work. Please tell me what should I do and what kind of Medicine should I give her.

Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals. Azee500 one per day after lunch for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.  Girilinctus syr 5ml twice n 10 ml at night. Light diet home made. No cold things.
