My mom is having cervical problem
My mom is having cervical problem..in every 2 to 3 months her neck starts paining, she feels dizziness and do vomiting so many times. Swelling comes in her neck..she feels so dizziness that can't even walk or sit..for the entire day she is just lying on bed

It seems from your history of your mom seems to be having cervical Spondylosis associated with cervicogenic migraine , we need to clinically evaluate your Mom by taking an x ray of cervical spine Ap and lateral view and also possibly MRI OF CERVICAL SPINE WITH SCREENING OF BRAIN
BY ABOVE 2 investigations lot many things could be ruled out .IF FROM ABOVE INVESTIGATION TURNS OUT NEGATIVE THEN WE NEED TO RULE OUT ENT VESTIBULAR PROBLEM.
At present your mom can take 1) tab Myosone plus twice daily after food 2) tab Hifenac P twice daily after food 3) tab Razo 20 mgs twice daily before food 3) tab Stemitil MD twice daily . All above medication do take for a week and do let me know .
