My left eye getting Red frequently

My left side eye is Red continuous from nose side i am attaching photo plz See the what stage is it and should i operate it or take a eye drop plz suggest.

This is called pterygium. It appears to be stage 2 . there is no medical treatment. You have to get it operated only

It is pterigium.you can undergo surgery if it encroches  cornea, or for cosmetic reasons. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
