My kid is sick from 3 Weeks

My kid is just a 11 month old and he is suffering from motions from last 20 days. First we initially thought its lactose intolerance and stopped feeding him and even then the situation not improved . We later thought its bacterial infections and started using ziprax 100mg . still the problem persists despite taking antibiotic. pls zuggest
