Consult a dentist who has specialised in OMDR. Firstly you will need to completely stop the habit otherwise no treatment is going to be of any use. You might have OSMF from your description and will need Vitamin and Steroid injections weekly/monthly, as your dentist feels suitable.
Next Steps
Stop eating gutkha or tobacco in any form whatsoever
Health Tips
Consult a dentist soon.

For your age, take this problem seriously. first and foremost stop eating ghutka. next visit dentist for evaluation. the treatment can be injecting steriod and tissue lysing agent, you may have to go to dentist every alternative week or every month based on the severity , or if it is severe you may have to go for surgical excision.
Health Tips
Do not ignore your problem. considering your age it is sort of severe. stop immediately the habit otherwise it may turn out to be carcinogenic
