Hi my infant baby do loose motion each time he take feeder when he not take feeder he will be ok so what's that problem

I hope you mean Feeding bottle by the word "feeder ". Those are really not advised to feed the baby since the bottom side of it can not be cleaned completely even with special brushes, leading on to infection and loose motion.
Next Steps
Better way is to give exclusive breast feeding till 4-5 months of age and then to give from glass, or specialised small bowls, which can be cleaned properly
