Hello doctor, A year back my husband was diagnosed with Ankylosis spondylitis.He is taking biologics once in 6 weeks and daily tablets suphasazholine and when too much pain there he takes etrobax.Once the medication was started he was diagnosed with azoospermia.We are married for 3 years and I'm not able to conceive due his health condition.Though he is under treatment for azoospermia the sperm count is nil.Can medication really help azoospermia. Kindly help us with suggestions
