I am 17 years old my problem is I unable to gain more height and I have overweight body . please give me tips for gaining height and for loose weight . please help me , I feel low confidence when stand between my well height gaining friend in our age scale . and feel uncomfortable with my over weight and with tummy fat or on all parts of body
