My head feels heavy and stressed at bottom side ,left side and the  junction between it.My finger pains too.When i read my nerve gets stressed. I have taken arip mt 2 ,serta 100 and zapiz 0.25 but no effect

You seem to have a lot of somatic complaints. Kindly re visit your psychiatrist for dose adjustment
