My hand is tanned and burned like 7-8 shades darker den body parts,frm 10 years i use home made remedy bt still its quite darkker,previouly due to sun burn i use to get itchy senssation ,bt now i use umbrella n itchyness is not dere,bt hand black tottaly,even upperarms is of body color and lower arm is dark very much.plzzz help best effective solution and fastest remedy
