My grandfather is suffering from Parkinson since last 7 years. He has been medicated with Syndopa plus. But since last 2 to 3 months he is behaving differently. He is blaming his wife that she is trying to kill him, blaming everyone in the family. He is saying that he can see ghosts in the house. Please guide.. what to do...

He is developing psychosis. Start Tab Qutan SR 200mg at night. Consult any Psychiatrist directly for further follow up.
