Can eye power be reversed -1. 75 I had myopia when I was 15 and it was -1. 5 and then it increased to -1. 75. I have spectacles but I want to get my power back. What should I do?

Please use the prescribed glasses regularly. More often than not increase in spectacle power is due to inconsistent use of spectacles. Also there is a chance that your eye sight can reduce as you age due to multiple factors . Keep checking your spectacle power once annually to make sure you are using the correct spectacle power.
