Can i give her cetirizine syrup for her running nose how many ml can be given for 3yrs kid. She is suffering from dust allegery

Good evening You can give syrup cetzine 5ml at night for 5days If she has nasal block,you can give nasivion saline nasal drops 2drops 5times a day for 2days If child doesn't not get better, Book an online consultation with me. Take care!

Yes you can give syrup Cetirizine in a dose of 2.5ml once a day for allergies. But allergies require a long course. Please consult a pediatrician directly
