This teeth needs to be extracted as the permanent tooth has erupted. So its better toextract the tooth.

No need to panic, if the child is between 6 to 7 years , still you can wait till the older teeth become loose because sometimes the milk teeth take time to shed. I fact if we remove them early then there are chances that new teeth will not come into exact position. Just wait for few more months. Good brushing 2 times after meals is what is important for child. Thanks
