My Child not  concentrating for study

My son age 6 year and he avoiding his study. He make many excuses for avoiding study (many time asking for washroom, drinks water) . Also we absorbed he make mistake to identify the figures after many time explaining the figures . Figures are b d, m n, 6 9, 12 21, 13teen 30ty. I can't understand this is any type of issue or it is normal. If any issue please suggest me.

Kids   studies need to be interactive and playful session. Where cue cards are also included in it. U can make tambola ticket and fill with numbers/ alphabets and tell to cut it. The child will enjoy it and at the same time will learn also. Usually kids get confuse with mirror images till 6-7 years of age. If the problem continues consult a clinical psychologist.

Kids must be taught things playfully. May be you are too serious.. Be more fun and play full. Sit with him and you teach all things Patience is must..
