He things that we are dumping him as he does not earn and drinks lot and thinking in negative manner. we tried to talk to him but ne does not talk to any one and get angry and does rubbish thing drinking, betting mom and dad, goes for fight for useless issues etc..

Hello, As per your description your brother as a Alcohol use disorder and a concomitant Psychiatric disorder. Hence please take him to a Psychiatrist near you for detailed assessment and management. Do not delay in seeking treatment as chronicity will lead to complications. Since physical aggression towards parents has started, it is already high time to seek professional intervention.
