I'm 28 weeks pregnant. And my husband blood group is A positive and my blood group is A Rh negative. Will this cause complications or harm to baby during delivery or in future?

Yes you need to get ict done and then your doctor will decide on anti d injection at 28 weeks and post delivery. Less chances of problem in first pregnancy but anti d is important to recieve if baby is positive. More risk in future pregnancies.
