My Baby Weight is not gaining

My baby was born at 45 days before. She was taking minimum 10 times feed per day. But she's not gaining that's much. Why she's not gaining that's much? Is there any problem with breast milk? Born - 2.6kg After 15 days - 2.8kg After 30 days - 3.1kg After 45 days around 3.4 kg
