My Baby having hiccups frequently

Today my baby vomitis 3-4 times after first introduction of cerelac today. He eats cerelac at 9:30 and after that sleep and at 11:30 he vomits whole thing at once after that whatever he eats /drinks vomits. He is also having hiccups hourly and staying too long which is very scary for us to see. Please advice.

Hiccups are very normal nothing to worry but if the child is vomiting try to give proper semi solid food and there should not be any lumps in food prepared and give in a correct position . if the vomiting is recurrent with any other symptoms you can consult your doctor
