Passing the motion after the feeding is normal, a baby passing the urine, more than seven times in a day taking feeding normally and activities is normal. Then no need to worry about that. It is mostly because of the pressure of the feeding in the stomach you can continue the same formula. Need to observe for urine, feeding, and activity of the baby.

Passing stools just after feeds is normal in newborns, it occurs due to something called Gastrocolic reflex in them :)
Health Tips
I would suggest to stop formula and start breastfeeding. Mother’s milk is the best milk for baby and breastfeeding is the best form of feeding. You wouldn’t want to deny your baby the best things right?
