My 2 yrs old son vomiting every food

My 2 yrs old son suddenly vomiting everything he eats for past 2 days, he has high fever frequent gap of 4-6 hrs daily. He denying to eat anything. Is it digestive issues or gastroenteritis? What to do in this condition? Please suggest.
