My 2 year old baby fell down am attaching the X ray .Please suggest me is there any problem in that and any remedies

As per the x ray, there is greenstick fracture of distal radius and ulna with slight displacement..
Next Steps
You should visit a hospital and get a support slab (above elbow slab) for now. That will help in relieving the pain and preventing further displacement. You can start with Ice fomentation,  take analgesic and calcium syrup..
Health Tips
Avoid placing the limb down, keep it elevated. Avoid use of left upper limb..
