Muscular pain on left side of the tongue

I have been facing this uneasy feeling on the left side of my tongue for a few days now. My teeth on the right side needs RCT and hence I have been eating and chewing using my left side of my mouth only for quite a while now. I feel mascular pain in my tongue on the left part. Should this be a matter of concern ?
