Hi! Pain in neck and shoulders is mainly due to Postural fault or muscles fatigue. You need to get Cervical X ray done. For instant relief, I recommend to go for ACOUSTIC WAVES TREATMENT. This will reduce pain instantly. It is the advance treatment of Physiotherapy and is not available everywhere. We are only few doctors in India who have this facility. I am practising this. ACOUSTIC WAVES will surely give you instant and long term relief.

Assalamualaikum Do you hav numbness or tingling sensation .if it is present then there must be a neurological involvement. Do you feel pain or any difficulty in walking? Please reply for these questions. Apart from this you can do some knee strengthening exercises.
