I developed muscle spasm in back around 4months back ,i took medicine n physiotherapy sessions. Pain has gone but i still feel heaviness in movement walking , feel weakness in waist region

Dear Sir, The spasm doesn't last that long, you will need to go for evaluation and investigation regarding your concern, only then can your be diagnosed, probably you would have some spinal canal stenosis, so get yourself evaluated and investigated by orthopaedician.
